Safety & Conduct

  • Strictly prohibited: Vandalism, ragging, harassment, smoking, drinking, drug use, and gambling.

  • Loud noise (including music) is not allowed between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM.

  • Tampering with fire safety or CCTV equipment is strictly prohibited.

  • Cooperate during emergencies, maintenance, and pest control drives.

Welcome to Choice PG. To ensure a safe, clean, and respectful living environment for all residents, please follow these house rules. Violations may lead to penalties, eviction, or legal action.

House Rules Summary

These House Rules must be followed by all residents staying in the property (PG) operated by CHOICEPG pvt. Ltd. Any breach or violation of these Rules will amount to a breach of the Resident Agreement entered by the resident with Choice PG and may trigger Choice PG’s rights to terminate the agreement. These rules may be updated from time to time by Choice PG at its sole discretion.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Keep your room, bathrooms, and common areas clean.

  • Report any damages immediately; repair costs for misuse will be charged to the responsible resident.

  • Do not move common area furniture or tamper with amenities.
